Shipping & Returns
We are sorry your pieces did not work out. No need to worry, we accept returns within 14 days of when merchandise was delivered, and 30 days for international customers. Please read the following return restrictions!
- All sale items and jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned!
- Items must have original tags attached.
- Return items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
- If items are in a poor or damaged condition, they will be returned to the customer.
- To complete your return, your receipt is required. Please complete our Return Information Form by circling your reason for return and including this with your unwanted merchandise.
- All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of when merchandise was delivered (30 days for international customers) to qualify for a full refund. Returns attempted after this period will not be accepted.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Please include RETURN FORM with returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, you will receive an email with a receipt letting you know that your full refund is being processed, back into your account, in the original amount of your item(s) at time of purchase.
Unfortunately, all marked down sale items are final, aka FINAL SALE.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT AND/OR BE ABLE TO PROCESS A MARKED DOWN ITEM. DO NOT SEND BACK FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE.
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2PM CST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day.
Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above.
We ship worldwide! Customers are responsible for all shipped duties, taxes and fees that may apply.
*PLEASE NOTE: Martin Ave. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information reports the package has been delivered to the address provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered.
